ETZ Agenda: Tortugas Mountain Zoning – Special Public Meeting – Thursday, 04/30/2015, 6:00 p.m.

The 16-acre parcel just west of Tortugas “A” Mountain is once again being considered for commercial zoning before the ETZ Authority. It is presently designated as an ECN1 “public conservation district” – a holding zone when public lands are transferred to private ownership. A Special Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, April 30th, 6 p.m. at the County Government Center, 845 N. Motel Blvd. This meeting appears to be he only opportunity for public comment.
