Talavera Community Association


The purpose of the TCA shall be to promote a better Talavera neighborhood and community through group action, ensuring the quality of life in the Talavera area shall be in keeping with the social, environmental, cultural and historic needs and interests of Talavera area landowners and residents. To this end, the activities of the TCA shall include, but are not limited to:

  • Preserving and enhancing the physical and aesthetic environment within the Talavera community;
  • Maintaining and improving Talavera area property values while encouraging a sense of community pride and identity;
  • Serving as a mechanism for communication and advocacy within the Talavera community and beyond; and
  • Sponsoring cooperative planning, research, fundraising, and public education programs as deemed necessary.

The TCA board of directors consists of the following elected members: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and two Members-at-Large.
