Neighborhood Watch Meeting Scheduled

We scheduled an informational/organizational meeting on Neighborhood Watch at the Talavera Firehouse on Wednesday, November 18 from 7-8 pm.  It will take no longer than one hour at most.  Please come and invite anyone who is interested to come as well.

The deputies who help communities organize Neighborhood Watch will provide a brief overview of the program.  They have been apprised of the fact that we as a group pick up on things pretty quickly and so they will not be giving a long presentation.  One of the most important things to do at this meeting is identify individuals who might be ready to serve as Neighborhood Watch Coordinators and Block Captains.  I’ve attached some scanned materials about these roles for your information.  We can tailor this program and these roles to fit our particular needs in the community.
