Baylor Canyon/Dripping Springs Road Improvement Project Workshop – May 12, 2015

The BLM, FHWA and Doña Ana County will host a public workshop on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, for the Baylor Canyon/Dripping Springs Road Improvement Project. The meeting will start at 6:00 p.m. at the New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum, 4100 Dripping Springs Road. The workshop will give the agencies and the public the opportunity to discuss the process of how the environmental assessment (EA) was developed using public scoping comments and then analyzed to determine impacts. The workshop will also provide the public an opportunity to submit comments.

The EA and other information about the project is available from the project website at www.blm.gov/nm/lascruces, or by contacting BLM Realty Specialist, Frances Martinez, at 575-525-4385.

Comments on the EA may be submitted until May 26, 2015, by email or regular mail. Note that your comments and any personal information included may be made available publicly.
