2026 TCA Fall Cleanup
No Fall Potluck, No Meeting

Location: Talavera Fire Station, 8500 Achenbach Canyon Road
On the Saturday following the yard sale, road assignments can be picked up at the fire station along with trash bags. There will also be a dumpster at the fire station for resident yard waste (no furniture and no commercial or contractor waste).
Comcast/Xfinity Update
Comcast/Xfinity infrastructure construction continues. At https://www.xfinity.com/mytown enter your address and their website estimates when fiber-powered WiFi is coming, potentially as early as December 2026.
Little Free Library
Our “Little Free Library” is a “take a book and/or share a book” free neighborhood book exchange housed in a small, weather-proof box. It operates 24/7 on the honor system. It is located left of the Talavera Fire Station and right of the Verizon equipment enclosure.
