2026 TCA Spring Meeting
Saturday, April 25, 2026
Location:  Talavera Fire Station, 8500 Achenbach Canyon Road

1. Neighborhood Cleanup 8:00 am
2. Potluck Dinner 5:30 pm
3. TCA Meeting 6:00 pm

1.  Road assignments can be picked up at the fire station along with trash bags.  There will also be a dumpster at the fire station for resident yard waste (no furniture).
2.  The board will provide Italian entrees.  Residents are asked to bring a side dish or dessert to share with their neighbors.
3.  A Southern NM Trails Association representative and a Comcast representative have been invited to attend.  Candidates for Member-At-Large III (assistant to the Treasurer) are needed.

Saturday, May 2, 2026
4. Community Yard Sale 8:00 am – Noon (setup 7:00 am)

4.  On the Saturday following the meeting, Diana Granado (575-650-7282) and Mike Meehan (575-522-8855) are coordinating the yard sale.

There are NO 2026 DUES for members in good standing.

New residents wanting to join are asked to mail a check for $25.00 along with name, address, email, and phone to
