UDC – Our Next Step
Our next step will be to thoroughly examine the current proposed UDC for possible detrimental effects on our area. We have already established we do not want mobile homes or manufactured homes. A few residents have mentioned the minimum size of parcels could be an issue. Our understanding of the current proposed UDC is that there is a minimum size of 2 acres for T2 zones, 1 acre for D1-L zones, and 5 acres for R5-L zones.
We need our residents, property and landowners to peruse the Proposed UDC Documentation. Our TCA Board does not have a legal, construction, community planning or zoning background that would qualify us to find every glitch in the proposed UDC. Your TCA secretary has done a lot of research, however, we need your involvement. After examining the linked documents please send your thoughts to the TCA.
