State Rep Doreen Gallegos Ltr to BLM re EPE Proposed Substation

The TCA BOD is forwarding a letter to BLM from State Representative Dorene Gallegos regarding the proposed EPE Substation.

Attached is a copy of a letter I just sent to the BLM along with Comm. Jones and El Paso Electric. I have asked Ms. Montez to meet so that we can insure public meetings will be held with Talavera residents.

I was very impressed by the level of commitment that you and the residents have on this matter. I am more than happy to do whatever I can do to help.
