BOCC votes to publish Title and General Summary of the UDC
BOCC votes 3 to 2 to publish the “Title and General Summary of of an Ordinance Adopting the Unified Development Code (UDC)”. Comm. Rawson attempted to delay the publishing but was out-voted by Commissioners Garrett, Hancock & Garcia.
Clock is ticking now for the UCD. Plans to publish the 10/25/2016 version of the proposed UDC will be voted on by the BOCC, November 13, 2016. December 13, 2016, will be the public hearing for adoption of the UDC.
