BOCC Meeting, Nov 9th, has the UDC agenda item late in the meeting.(Item 18) – long day for those attending. [P&Z Meeting, Nov 10th, has priority over this BOCC Meeting.]
In the Wednesday, Nov 9, meeting, Comm. Garrett will be asking the BOCC to authorize publication of “Title and General Summary” for the UDC and for the BOCC to hold a public hearing on the UDC at a Special Meeting on December 13, 2016.
Comm. Garrett will also be asking for the P&Z to also consider a few other ideas for Talavera zoning that have come up in various discussions. If the BOCC concurs, recommendations from the P&Z on the Talavera zoning issue will be due on or before December 1, 2016.

We want the P&Z to correct our zoning during this Thursday, Nov. 10, meeting. Unfortunately, the County legal department did not allow this agenda item to be discussed due to a 72-hour public notice requirement. See Nov 17th P&Z Meeting
