Nov. 17th, 2016, P&Z Meeting Outcome

At todays P&Z meeting the Commissioners reevaluated the Nov. 10th proposal to zone all ER2 (2+ acre) parcels to the UDC zone D1L (1+ acre). The TCA Board worked many hours and attended multiple meetings to promote a new UDC 2+ acre zone matching our current ER2 zone. 

TCA Requests for Proposed UDC

Requests the TCA will be making for our area in the proposed UDC. These changes reflect our current ETZ zoning: ER1, ER2, ER3, ER3c and R5L. We will be asking for these changes at the November 17th, 2016, P&Z Meeting.

P&Z Agenda, November 17th, 9:00 a.m., Gov’t Center Bldg. These items below along with other UDC items will be addressed. Any changes approved by the P&Z will be forwarded to the BOCC. If approved by the BOCC the changes will be added as amendments to 

BOCC votes to publish Title and General Summary of the UDC

BOCC votes 3 to 2 to publish the “Title and General Summary of of an Ordinance Adopting the Unified Development Code (UDC)”. Comm. Rawson attempted to delay the publishing but was out-voted by Commissioners Garrett, Hancock & Garcia. Clock is ticking now for the UCD.
